Dr. Graeme Maw, Sports Director, Millfield School 
Graeme Maw grew up in Bristol, England, playing anything and everything in sport. He represented Bristol at football, Avon at badminton and Loughborough University at rugby union. Across Loughborough, Central Washington (USA) and Wollongong (Australia) Universities, Graeme attained Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees in sports science, physiology and management. He progressed to positions of performance manager or director with Queensland Swimming, British Triathlon and the Welsh Rugby Union, playing leading roles at multiple Olympic and Commonwealth Games along the way, and leading British Triathlon to the forefront of the world. Graeme has a passion for coach and athlete development and the overall benefits of sport, now being expressed as Director of Sport at Millfield School. He cycles and skis whenever possible, and has both hiked and skied the majestic Mont Blanc.
Reed Paul Nicholas: Rugby & Tennis Coach
Also a teacher of Economics, Business and Accounting
Coach Under 15A rugby and Sevens. Interests: Rugby-Played at Doncaster; Sheffield; Nottingham; Saracens; Richmond and Cambridge University and
played for HK in 1994. University of Cambridge, Sheffield Hallam University and Oundle
Born In Yorkshire, lived in Nigeria for 7 years before attending  Oundle School where he secured O and A levels. Went to Sheffield Polytechnic and worked in sales before deciding on a career in property. Went to Cambridge University to do an MA then worked for 12 years as a property consultant before his passion for teaching overwhelmed him and he retrained to become a teacher in 2001. Spent 9 years at Cranleigh school teaching Business and Economics and coaching Cricket and Hockey but his real passion is rugby. Paul played  rugby for Saracens, Cambridge University, England Students and Hong Kong. He has coached Cranleigh school 1st XV and 7's sides and Surrey county U15's -U18's but now focuses on developing U15 rugby players at Millfield and teaching Accounting and Economics. Paul has been teaching and coaching at Milllfield for 3 years is a Level 3 Rugby coach but also coaches Cricket and Tennis. Played for Hong Kong scoring against Namibia, amongst others. Last seen plying his trade at scrum half for Butleigh Barbarians whilst teaching/coaching at Millfield.
